Newly redesigned Weather Master drum heads offer great sound, durability, and response. These drum heads are manufactured with the unique mechanical headlock system and guaranteed not to pull out.
Heads set in epoxy are susceptible to loosening and cracking, especially under high-tension tuning or changing weather conditions. Ludwig heads solve these problems with Headlock, a patented all-metal counter-leverage system that locks heads permanently in place.
